Shipping Policy

All MGI online orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive any email communications after placing an order, contact salesusa@mgigolf.com.

Domestic Shipping
We offer mainland America domestic delivery on all purchases from our website. Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to Alaska or Hawaii due to the prohibited and restricted items for sending on air cargo. All prices stated are in United States Dollar (USD). Deliveries are made from 9:00am – 5:00pm PT on weekdays via a postal service. The postal company will contact you via text message or email with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the delivery details and the estimated day of arrival. 

Pricing
All online orders over $100 receive free delivery.
All online accessory orders and spare part orders incur a flat rate $10 delivery fee.
 
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pick up from 6825 Speedway Blvd, Suite B101B, Las Vegas Nevada 89115.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping on www.mgigolf.com website orders.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at salesusa@mgigolf.com with your name and order details.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
