Shipping Policy
All MGI online orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive any email communications after placing an order, contact salesusa@mgigolf.com.
Domestic Shipping
We offer mainland America domestic delivery on all purchases from our website. Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to Alaska or Hawaii due to the prohibited and restricted items for sending on air cargo. All prices stated are in United States Dollar (USD). Shipments are sent via FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days of shipment.
Pricing
All online Accessory and Spare parts orders under $115 incur a standard shipping fee of $20 USD. Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $116.
All online Caddies orders have a standard shipping fee of $60 USD.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pick up.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping on www.mgigolf.com website orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at salesusa@mgigolf.com with your name and order details.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
